KiddyKare are supporting a nursery group to recruit for a Regional Nursery Operations Manager within the Berkshire region.

What we need from you:
  • An ambitious, self-motivated Senior Nursery Manager with a group background looking for their next career step.   Alternatively, a Regional Operations Manager from a corporate or large chain who would like more autonomy and a closer connection to Board level decisions.
  • Detailed practical knowledge of Ofsted and the Early Years Framework are essential, as is a solid understanding of business principles and employment law.  
  • A natural trouble-shooter, you will also be a first-class listener and have first-hand understanding of how to turn ideas into practice.
  • Proven experience working with Local Authorities and a clear commitment to exceptional standards are a must in this role.
Your duties as an Operation Manager:
  • Nursery compliance.
  • Team leadership.
  • Team performance management and motivation.
  • Continuous improvement implementation.
  • Budget management.
  • Resourcing.
  • Group governance.
  • Ofsted liaison and record keeping.
  • Staff conduct and discipline.   
  • Parent rapport.
