Description
An exciting opportunity has come up, for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead an established team within a lovely day nursery in Slough. Our client is looking for a proactive Nursery Manager, who has strong management and leadership skills. The successful person must be confident dealing with all operations of running a nursery, they must be approachable and have an excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the EYFS statutory requirements.

You will be offered:

Duties will include:

  • Managing day to day running of a small family run nursery
  • Ensuring that Ofsted regulations and nursery policies and procedures are always adhered to.
  • Leading and being responsible for the development of the nursery staff
  • Building strong relationships with the children, parents, staff, outside agencies and wider community.

Requirements for the Nursery Manager post:

  • Level 3 qualification or above
  • Experience in a management position
  • Enhanced DBS check is required for this post
  • 2 childcare related references
