Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a motivated Room Leader to support the leadership of our nursery room and help deliver outstanding care and education.

The Role

As Room Leader, you will:

  • Guide the roomr in the day-to-day management of the room

  • Lead activities and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework

  • Ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing at all times

  • Act as a key person, building strong partnerships with parents and carers

  • Mentor and support junior team members

  • Step up to lead the room in the Room Leader’s absence

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
