Jen is responsible for the selection and placement of permanent nursery staff including Managers.
I am an NNEB qualified Nursery Nurse with over 15 years childcare experience. My experience includes working in various settings as a Nanny, Crèche Manager, Nursery Nurse, and then room leader through to Nursery Manager with a leading Childcare group.
I also gained extensive recruitment experience with a national childcare agency both in supporting staff to find suitable positions and providing Nurseries with solutions to their staffing requirements before setting up KiddyKare.
Sue supports the office team including accounts, admin, policies and manages the processing of Crb’s.
I am a mother and qualified teacher who understands the importance of maintaining the correct level of high quality staff in the education sector. I also have extensive experience of the selection and development of staff, having managed my own services business for several years before Jen and I set up KiddyKare.
Mandie runs our temporary desk supporting the nurseries with cover as and when required.
I am qualified with my LCCI Diploma in Marketing and Diploma in Selling and Sales Management. My experience includes working as a PA and secretary for large companies and most recently a recruitment consultant for an agency within the care sector. I am a mother of two children and understand the importance of offering a high calibure of staff to care for children.
Sam’s time is shared between the office and working within nurseries building the relationship with KiddyKare.
I am an NVQ 3 trained Nursery Nurse who has experience working with babies to five year olds in nurseries and crèches. I am currently studying a foundation degree in social work with children and families to ensure I keep up to date with current procedures and legislation.
Peter & Tim ensure all the financial aspects of KiddyKare run smoothly in our Maidenhead office and we keep them busy! |
