Payment

Email your timesheet to the office so that it arrives no later than Monday 12.00 midday.

Payment Process

  • Timesheet to be received Monday by 12.00 very latest
  • We will then process your timesheet and payment
  • Our accountants will send this to your bank on the Friday after we have received your timesheet
  • You will receive cleared funds in your account by the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • You will receive access to you online payroll portal where you can access your payslips and P60’s.
  • Unlike some agencies KiddyKare don’t use an umbrella company. We pay employers pension, income tax and employer NI. This means the hourly rate offered is the amount you receive in your bank minus the government deductions, this will be clear and correct with HMRC guidelines.

 

For example:

Day of work – Thursday 2nd July
Timesheet to arrive at KiddyKare office by 12.00pm – Monday 6th July
Payment processed – Friday 10th July
Cleared funds in your account – Tuesday 14th July for working day Thursday 2nd July
