Hi, I’m Jodi! I’ve been part of the KiddyKare family for over five years, and I love being able to combine my childcare expertise with my passion for recruitment. As Recruitment Manager, I oversee all aspects of recruitment—finding the best talent, matching them with the right roles, and making sure their journey with KiddyKare is smooth and enjoyable.
I work closely with both clients and nursery assistants, making sure staffing solutions are tailored to their specific needs. My goal is to create a seamless, positive experience for everyone involved, helping nurseries find the right people and candidates’ step into roles where they can thrive.
Alongside Emily I manage all temporary bookings and look after our incredible team of nursery assistants, ensuring they’re supported and placed in roles that suit their skills. I also handle new business sign-ups, making the onboarding process seamless for our clients. Keeping everything running smoothly is important to me, so I stay on top of team compliance and admin, making sure we meet all necessary requirements and maintain high standards.
Beyond recruitment, I enjoy bringing creativity into my work by designing marketing and social media content for KiddyKare. If you’re not already following us, now’s the perfect time to check us out!
