Description
KiddyKare are recruiting for a compassionate and professional teaching assistant to join a friendly village school in Maidenhead. The school has stunning grounds, with a fantastic surrounding environment. This role is consistent of 30 hours a week, term time only.

 

Are you passionate about supporting children in their primary education?

Can you work well in a team, supporting the teacher?

 

What we need from you:

  • A good understanding of safeguarding
  • Passion to help children achieve
  • To be able to work in a team, whilst having the ability to use your initiative
  • At least a GCSE qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Previous teaching assistant experience is desirable

Your duties:

  • Supporting the teacher is the daily running of the class
  • Supporting the children with their needs
  • Working alongside the class teacher and SLT to meet the needs of the children and the school
