We’re looking for candidates with:

A nursery nursing qualification, minimum requirement NNEB Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Child Care and Education or NVQ level 3 or 4 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce.
Evidence of continuing professional development and work history
Nursery management experience- For a manager
A minimum of 1 year nursery management experience- For Deputy manager
Working Knowledge of OFSTED and EYFS standards
Ability to work in partnership with parents and to organise own work and use initiative
Good time management, with the ability to work to targets and deadlines

An enjoyable experience

I have been temping for about a year and a half with Kiddykare and for all that time it has been a very positive experience. The advantages of flexible working

I’ve been a temporary employee at Kiddykare for over a year. When I’ve had an emergency or been sick, Kiddykare has been really understanding. I appreciate the flexibility of working as a temporary nursery nurse since it allows me to get experience with different nurseries while still spending time with the children. It’s also wonderful when you get the chance to go back to a nursery I have enjoyed working at.

I could not be more satisfied

Regarding the service provided by KiddyKare, I could not be more satisfied. The service has been excellent from the start. I have been offered work regularly and at times convenient to me. I am always able to get hold of Jen or another member of staff via e-mail or telephone at all times, and if I leave a message KiddyKare come back to me promptly.

All of my documentation needed to commence work with KiddyKare was compiled quickly and easily by KiddyKare, as was my CRB check. Additionally, the weekly pay slips are on time and easy to understand. Jen and the KiddyKare staff are extremely friendly and cannot do enough for me. They are approachable and hard working.
