KiddyKare are seeking a Room Leader to join a friendly, family run nursery in Princes Risborough. This is a fulltime position at quaint setting that provides onsite parking. The setting is also close to public transport routes.

What we need from you:
- NVQ Level 3 or higher qualification
- Passion within childcare
- Experience working within Early Years Settings
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
- Ability to lead a small team

Your duties will include:
- Develop, lead and manage a creative, inspiring and motivated team, leading by example and providing a happy, pleasant work environment
- Maintain a child-centred environment by observing and reviewing resources, displays, room and playground layout
- Meet the physical needs of the children and encourage good standards of hygiene, whilst promoting independence
- Ensure children's development need and general health and well-being are enhanced
- Maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents/carers, building good relationships with families. Encourage communication and exchange information regarding children's progress and encourage parental/carer involvement
- Implement and take part in supervisions and staff appraisals to maintain a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice
