This is a fulltime position offering a salary of up to to £29,000.

Your role will include;

• Supporting a team with the daily running of the room
• Leading a small team to providing outstanding childcare
• Being a key person to a group of children
• Building strong working relationships with parents/carers
• Working alongside the management team to deliver the visions and values of the setting
• Providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children

The ideal candidate will;

• Have previous room leader experience
• Hold a minimum of an NVQ LV3 (or equivalent) within childcare
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS
• Be passionate!!!!
