KiddyKare is always our first choice when it comes to finding temporary cover at our nursery. They are always quick to communicate and very quick to find us cover including very last-minute requests. They send check-in emails to see how we are getting on but don’t continuously phone, which we really appreciate. Everyone we have spoken to has always been polite and friendly, especially Jodi and Emily who we speak to the most. The booking process is quick and easy and there is always someone at the end of the phone or email. The staff they send are very friendly and show they have an initial induction before being sent to us. If we have had any trouble, they have always been quick to resolve this and help. When recruiting they have also helped us out in the past and present day, helping to find us reliable new staff. We are very happy working with KiddyKare and will continue to do so.
