KiddyKare are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join a well-established and welcoming nursery setting caring for children aged 3 months to 4 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the requirements of the EYFS statutory framework are met throughout the nursery
• Implement and uphold all nursery policies and procedures
• Support and facilitate inspections from regulatory bodies and implement any recommendations
• Lead and embed an effective key person approach throughout the setting
• Ensure children receive stimulating, age-appropriate learning experiences and environments
• Promote a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Manage complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records relating to children and staff
• Support occupancy and marketing initiatives including events, promotions, and community engagement
• Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external professionals
• Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare

Requirements:

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Minimum 1 year experience working within Early Years (essential)
• Minimum 1 year management experience within a nursery setting (essential)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulatory requirements (essential)
• Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Leadership & Management (desirable)
• Previous experience supporting a Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection (desirable)
