Are you an experienced and inspiring Nursery Manager ready to lead a thriving, large-scale early years setting?

KiddyKare are supporting a successful nursery for a hands-on, strategic leader to ensure every child, parent, and team member flourishes.

The Role

You’ll lead both the operational and strategic aspects of the nursery, maintaining outstanding standards in childcare, education, and parent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a large multi-room team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture
  • Coach Deputy Managers, Room Leaders, and staff to grow confident leaders
  • Ensure the EYFS curriculum is delivered effectively across all age groups
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage recruitment, training, appraisals, and staff retention
  • Build strong relationships with parents and the local community
  • Oversee budgets, occupancy, and financial performance
  • Drive innovation, enrichment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
  • DSL trained with strong safeguarding knowledge
  • Experience managing large teams (80+ places desirable)
  • Proven Ofsted success and strong leadership skills
  • Financially aware, organised, and excellent communicator
  • Passionate about creating a happy, high-performing team
