Flexible Nursery Practitioner Role

• Work as many hours as you want – up to 45 hours per week
• Most nurseries operate Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm
• Flexible shift patterns such as:
• 8am–6pm
• 9am–6pm
• 8am–5pm

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual
• A UK childcare reference
• Ability to travel to different nursery locations
• Creative, proactive, and able to use your initiative
• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

How You’ll Be Paid

Unlike some agencies, KiddyKare does not use umbrella companies. We handle employer pension contributions, income tax, and National Insurance directly.

This means the hourly rate you’re offered is what you receive, minus standard government deductions, fully compliant with HMRC guidelines.
