Are you a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about early years education and providing high-quality care? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner to join our warm, welcoming nursery team.

 Your Role

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s development accurately
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent practice
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
  • Act as a key person for a group of children

 Safeguarding Responsibilities

  • Promote and uphold a strong safeguarding culture within the nursery
  • Recognise and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns
  • Follow child protection and online safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with GDPR
  • Work closely with senior staff to ensure children’s welfare is always prioritised

The ideal candidate 

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Paediatric First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • A caring, professional, and positive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education
