KiddyKare are supporting a thriving nursery group seeking a Deputy Manager to help ensure every child, parent, and team member thrives.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Nursery Manager in maintaining the right team, culture, policies, and resources. You’ll create a stimulating, inclusive environment where children and staff can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of high-quality childcare and early years education
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance learning and teaching
  • Foster an inclusive environment, meeting individual needs of children and staff
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to the team
  • Oversee smooth nursery operations, including administration and policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
  • Managerial or supervisory experience in early years
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Proven leadership skills and experience developing staff
  • Excellent communication with both children and adults
  • Collaborative, positive approach supporting team values
