What we need from you:
•    Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Third in Charge
•    Hold an Early Years qualification Level 3 or above
•    Solid knowledge of the EYFS
•    Ability to be a role model for the team

Your Duties:
•    Supporting the manager in the daily running of the nursery
•    Keeping yourself and your team up to date on current early childhood thinking/trends, responding to any developments in a proactive way
•    Promoting positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues 
•    Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
•    Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
