KiddyKare Staff Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a nurturing nursery seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Nursery Manager in leading a team of early years professionals and ensuring children receive the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursery

  • Support, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team of early years professionals

  • Help maintain high standards of care, safety, and education

  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including staff rotas, recruitment, and regulatory compliance

  • Step into the Nursery Manager role when required

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and approachable

  • Qualified with a Level 3 or higher in Early Years

  • Experienced in a senior or supervisory role within early years

  • Knowledgeable in EYFS and safeguarding procedures

  • Excellent communicators with strong organisational skills
