The ideal candidate:
Holds a full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
Has at least 3 years’ experience in a nursery setting
Is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting children’s development
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver the EYFS curriculum effectively, tailored to children’s individual needs and interests
Develop observation, methodology, and learning implementation within the setting
Work alongside the Room Leader to ensure high-quality practice
Help plan and run nursery events
Build strong working partnerships with parents and staff
Support the room in providing outstanding care
Liaise with outside agencies as required
