KiddyKare is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking nursery group seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join their dedicated team.

As an Early Years Educator, you will be the heartbeat of your playroom – nurturing curiosity, creativity and confidence in every child in your care. Working within a fast-paced and inspiring environment, you will bring a play-based curriculum to life through meaningful learning experiences and strong relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Inspire learning through a play-based early years curriculum

  • Support smooth daily routines including mealtimes and rest periods

  • Plan and deliver development-focused activities

  • Complete observations, assessments and planning for key children

  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with children and families

  • Maintain a safe, clean and engaging learning environment

  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies at all times

  • Act as a positive role model within a collaborative team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in an early years setting

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)

  • Paediatric First Aid (12-hour) qualification or willingness to obtain

  • Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge or willingness to refresh training

  • A genuine passion for early years education

  • Positive, proactive team player

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
