Are you a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about early years education and providing high-quality care? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner to join our warm, welcoming nursery team.

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
- Observe, assess, and record children’s development accurately
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent practice
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
- Act as a key person for a group of children
Safeguarding Responsibilities
- Promote and uphold a strong safeguarding culture within the nursery
- Recognise and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns
- Follow child protection and online safety procedures
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with GDPR
- Work closely with senior staff to ensure children’s welfare is always prioritised
The ideal candidate
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- A caring, professional, and positive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
