KiddyKare are recruiting a Nursery Deputy Manager to join a spectacular setting in Bedford. This setting prides itself on its fantastic outdoor provision. The nursery has been recently refurbished, boasting its own incredible space and utilising the area to help the team deliver the best possible opportunities for the children.

What you'll be doing;

• Support and inspire the nursery team towards excellence.
• Assist in implementing enhancements in educational programmes and operational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and help maintain a secure environment for children.
• Support the effective management of budgets and resources.
• Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
• Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education.

The ideal candidate will have;

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deputy Manager, Room Leader, or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
