KiddyKare are recruiting a Nursery Manager to join a spectacular setting in Leicester. This setting prides itself on its fantastic outdoor provision. The nursery has been recently refurbished which boasts its own incredible space and utilizes the area to aid the team to deliver the best possible opportunities for the children.
 
This role is paired with fantastic benefits, including a generous salary of up to £45,000 per annum.

What you’ll be doing; Inspire and lead your team towards excellence. Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children. Oversee the budget and resources effectively. Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community. Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education.
 
The ideal candidate will have; NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education
