The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children’s individual needs are supported. You will work in partnership with parents and colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework , safeguarding requirements, and Ofsted standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a key person, observing, planning, and assessing children’s development
Deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities
Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
Support room initiatives and maintain high-quality practice
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and ratio requirements are met
Contribute to nursery events, marketing activities, and show rounds
Maintain a safe, well-resourced, and welcoming learning environment
About You
Full and relevant Early Years qualification
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Experience within an early years setting
Paediatric First Aid (desirable)
