Our clients are looking for Nursery Practitioners to join one of their nurseries in Ruislip.
With the Montessori ethos being their prime focus and extensive in-house training, to ensure a high level of continuous staff development. The nursery pride themselves on providing a high level of care & education to all children who attend the setting.
Role Details:
Pay: up to £28,500 per year
Full-time: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30am-6pm.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth nursery operations.
- Create age-appropriate environment & appropriate activities.
- Ensure children are happy, settled, and content.
- Observe, assess, and plan for individual needs & development.
- Keep up to date with early education legislation and ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
- Stay up to date with nursery policies and procedures.
- Build professional, friendly relationships with parents and secure bonds with children.
- Support the room leadership team in the continuous development of the room.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or Montessori Diploma.
- Experience working with children within a nursery setting.
- Extensive knowledge of current EYFS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
