We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team and help provide children with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they can learn and thrive.
You will support the day-to-day care and education of children, helping to create engaging learning experiences and building positive relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of high-quality childcare and early years education
Plan and take part in fun, stimulating activities that support children’s development
Follow EYFS , safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
Observe and record children’s development and learning
Help create a safe, welcoming environment for children and families
Build positive relationships with parents and carers
Work collaboratively with the nursery team
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
Experience working in an early years or childcare setting
Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices
Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
