We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team and help provide children with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they can learn and thrive.

You will support the day-to-day care and education of children, helping to create engaging learning experiences and building positive relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of high-quality childcare and early years education

  • Plan and take part in fun, stimulating activities that support children’s development

  • Follow EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures

  • Observe and record children’s development and learning

  • Help create a safe, welcoming environment for children and families

  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers

  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team

Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)

  • Experience working in an early years or childcare setting

  • Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices

  • Passion for supporting children’s learning and development

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
