The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children’s individual needs are supported. You will work in partnership with parents and colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework, safeguarding requirements, and Ofsted standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key person, observing, planning, and assessing children’s development
• Deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
• Support room initiatives and maintain high-quality practice
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and ratio requirements are met
• Contribute to nursery events, marketing activities, and show rounds
• Maintain a safe, well-resourced, and welcoming learning environment

About You

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Experience within an early years setting
• Paediatric First Aid (desirable)
