KiddyKare are currently recruiting for a childcare qualified Nursery Practitioner to become part of a supportive team based in Harrow. 
This position is paired with a salary of up to £26,000 based on 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities 

•    To provide a stimulating and varied programme of play and learning opportunities. 
•    To ensure the safety and well-being of the children. 
•    To manage a team effectively. 
•    To fulfil legal and statutory requirements and to supervise staff on a daily basis. 
•    To monitor and assess the quality of provision within your room, ensuring that policies and procedures, best practice and standards are maintained. 
•    To assist in the monitoring and assessing of the quality of provision ensuring that policies and procedures, best practice and standards are maintained.
Person specification 
•    Level 3 or above full and relevant childcare qualification 
•    Paediatric first aid and food hygiene desirable
•    Previous relevant work in childcare
•    An understanding of the EYFS
•    Knowledge of inclusive practice
•    A knowledge of safeguarding children and child protection
