What you will be doing Promote and maintain high standards of quality within the nursery, with a focus on the environment, resources, and experiences provided to children. Take on key carer responsibilities for assigned children. Ensure all children in the nursery benefit from rich, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate experiences. Plan, prepare, and support children’s activities effectively. In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, oversee and manage the day-to-day running of the environment. Contribute to ensuring that all nursery practices and provisions align with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to promote and maintain high-quality childcare practices.
