Your Role as a Flexible Nursery Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

Coach Deputy Managers, Room Leaders, and staff to grow confident leaders
Ensure the EYFS curriculum is delivered effectively across all age groups

Manage recruitment, training, appraisals, and staff retention

Oversee budgets, occupancy, and financial performance

What We’re Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
DSL trained with strong safeguarding knowledge
Experience managing large teams (80+ places desirable)
