The Role

As Room Leader, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day management of the nursery room

• Plan and deliver engaging activities and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework

• Ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing at all times

• Act as a key person, building strong partnerships with parents and carers

• Lead, mentor, and support junior team members

• Oversee observations, assessments, and planning to support each child’s development

• Maintain a positive, organised, and inspiring learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
