Position: Room Leader
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum

KiddyKare are working with a wonderful nursery who are looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early years professional who loves creating engaging, nurturing environments where children can learn and thrive.

Your Role

As a Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead your room team to deliver fun, stimulating, and educational activities in line with the EYFS.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are upheld.
  • Support, mentor, and inspire your team to provide outstanding childcare.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the smooth running and success of the nursery.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Has previous experience working in a nursery setting, ideally in a senior or leadership role.
  • Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to supporting every child’s development.
  • Has strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
